Temporary land shall not be used for the construction of permanent buildings and structures, and the time shall not exceed two years, and if it is truly necessary to continue to use it after the expiration of the period, it shall be re-examined and approved for temporary land.
High-rise buildings with a building height of more than 100m and their podiums, except for swimming pools, ice rinks, toilets with a construction area of less than 100m, indoor rooms of residences without centralized air conditioning and Grade A fire doors, and parts that are not suitable for water extinguishing, shall be equipped with automatic sprinkler systems.
