The kitchen cooktop motor won t start

If you understand it, you can deal with it yourself, and if you don't understand it, you can entrust others to help solve it.

Analysis: The electrical appliance can not be started, first look at the power supply problem, and then in turn according to this sequence, the fault cause and treatment method of the motor not starting the buzz after powering on:

1.Improper selection of groove coordination after pole rewinding: choose reasonable winding form and winding pitch; Appropriate car small rotor diameter; Recalculate winding parameters.

2.Short circuit of stator and rotor windings: identify the circuit break point for repair; Check the contact status between the winding rotor brush and the collector ring, and check whether the starting resistance is open or the resistance is too large.

3.The beginning and end of the winding lead wire are shorted incorrectly or the winding is reversed: DC is passed into the stator winding, and the polarity of the winding is checked (with a compass) to determine whether the first and last end of the winding is correct.

4.The motor is overloaded or stuck: Check the equipment and troubleshoot.

5.The power supply is not fully connected: replace the melt that has been broken; Tighten the loose screws of the binding posts; Use a multimeter to check for power cord disconnection or false connection faults, and then fix it.

6.The voltage is too low: if the connecting motor is mistakenly connected to Y, it should be changed back to connection; When the power supply voltage is too low, it should be solved by contacting the power supply department; When the voltage drop of the power line is too large and the voltage is too low, the cable should be changed to thicken.

7.For small electric motors, grease hardens or the assembly is too tight: choose the right grease to improve the quality of the assembly.
