Ray (Chris O'Dowd), who works at an amusement park, gets fired from his job for frightening young visitors due to his addiction to time travel. His friend Pete (Dean Lennox Kelly) and amateur writer Toby (Marc Wootton) work as dinosaurs at "Dinosaur Burger Joint" with no future.
The three of them come to the bar to pass the time in the evening, and Ray suddenly meets a beautiful woman named Casey (Anna Faris).
