It should be noted that if the tiles are only partially falling off, do not hit the mortar on the foundation surface to prevent the original solid tiles from being loosened.

4.The finish junction is disengaged.

The old tiles are still intact, but they are detached from the joints of other finishes, and the joints can be cleaned by removing the sand and plaster, and then injecting epoxy resin adhesive (all-purpose adhesive), and then repairing the joints with waterproof flexible caulking materials (such as glass glue) after drying.
