Because this floor drain should be filled with water sealing core, so it can not be done too fine, if you add a circle inside, then the water sealing core must be made a little thinner, so it is made like this, only a small circle is stuck on the sewer pipe, and it does not affect the installation. If this kind of structure is a general residence, there is no problem, because after the ground is waterproof, when laying bricks, the floor drain core is aimed at the drain and smeared with cement, which is generally not a problem. But this kind of floor drain is not suitable for the frame floor, after installation, it will be unstable back and forth, there will be gaps, once the sewer under it is blocked, its water will flow into the floor, fortunately, there are not many such structural floor slabs.

When installing the floor drain, special attention should be paid to the bonding and sealing of the connection between the floor drain and the sewer pipe, and the installation should be tight, and it can be sealed with professional adhesives or glass glue.
