CAD is not a good option for drawing 3D. This is especially true for more complex models. When it comes to installation, packaging, and more. I recommend UG here, which allows you to import drawings into CAD!

In addition to the classic and sketch modes, CAD also has a 3D mode where you can switch to this mode and adjust the viewport to draw from different spatial angles. You can give it a try.

Right-click in the blank space of the toolbar - >> Point view >> Point view, customize the toolbar of the view -- >> Which view you want to draw a line or annotate, just click the response icon of the view toolbar to switch the view.

If you want to annotate the drawings on the 3D diagram, you need to use the ucs command to switch the coordinate system.
