The floor area of the enclosed balcony

The floor area of the balcony shall be calculated in accordance with the current national "Rules for Calculating the Floor Area" (see the relevant laws and regulations for details).

When calculating the floor area, the floor area of an enclosed balcony is calculated as its peripheral horizontal projection area, and the floor area of a non-enclosed balcony is calculated as half of its peripheral horizontal projection area.

1. For unenclosed balconies of residences that meet the following standards, the construction area shall be calculated according to half of the horizontal projection of the enclosure structure. If exceeded, the excess part is calculated as the entire floor area. Enclosed balconies are counted for the total floor area regardless of whether they meet the following criteria.

If the depth of the inner balcony and composite balcony (the distance from the outer edge of the main structure to the vertical extension of the interior) is not more than meters, half of the construction area shall be calculated. If it exceeds the meter, the excess part shall be calculated as the entire construction area.

3. When the depth of the unenclosed balcony (the vertical distance from the outermost edge of the balcony to the outer edge of the main structure) is not greater than meters, the construction area is not calculated; When it is larger, half of the floor area is calculated.
