Some houses have to face west at the head of the bed

Some specific ones are absolutely.

Just where a bed can be placed in a room, or the window is open to the east.

My master bedroom just has to face west! Because the southeast corner of the window is above the air conditioner, I think the head of the bed faces west, which is better than under the air conditioner!
