If the plate is not tightly pressed, or there is a height before and after the pressing vertical plate, when the plate travels to the gluing part, a certain pressure is exerted on the side of the plate by the gluing wheel and the hold-down wheel, which causes the plate to be displaced, deviates from the baseline, and the subsequent process cannot be completed.
Solution: Press the plate tightly, and the tightness of the front and back is consistent, and then the reference ruler and the copy wheel of the trimming tool are leaned against the plate, and finally adjust the tool until the desired effect, and the problem will be solved.
2.Your trimming plane did not find the face. The edge trimming knife is able to precisely trim the edge banding strip to the desired line, thanks to the horizontal ruler (bias wheel or arc support plate) and the vertical ruler (copy wheel) next to the edge trimming knife.
If they don't fit snugly on the moving plate, they won't be able to make the right line.
Solution: Send a long plate with a flat end face into the edge banding machine (be careful not to apply glue), stop the conveyor belt when the plate travels to the position that can cover polishing, scraping, finishing and rough repair, take the plate surface as the reference, put the horizontal and vertical reference parts mentioned above against the plate, close the cutting edge of the tool to the edge of the plate, and wait for fine-tuning until the ideal effect appears.
3.There are loose screws that cause unstable trimming.
Solution: Find the datum, tighten the screws, and adjust the tool.
