    "Hope Kitchen" is a new public welfare project launched by the China Youth Development Foundation in 2009 and is an integral part of the Hope Project. The launch of the project aims to mobilize social forces to effectively solve the problem of lack of kitchen equipment in some rural schools, provide a replicable public welfare model for the society, and promote the government and society to fundamentally improve the nutrition and health of rural school students.
