Operational points. 1) The installation method of suspension bar and main keel is the same as that of light steel keel paper gypsum board.

2) INSTALLATION SIDE KEEL: L-SHAPED SIDE KEEL, FIXED WITH PLASTIC EXPANSION PIPE OR SELF-TAPPING SCREWS WITH THE WALL, FIXED SPACING 200MM. Putty should be applied to the wall before installing the side keel, which can avoid pollution and difficult leveling when scraping putty on the wall in the future.

3) INSTALL THE SECONDARY KEEL: ADOPT THE T-SHAPED LIGHT STEEL DARK KEEL, THE SPACING IS 600MM IN ONE DIRECTION, AND THE OTHER DIRECTION IS 1200, THE SECONDARY KEEL IS HUNG ON THE LARGE KEEL THROUGH THE PENDANT, AND THE CROSS BRACE KEEL OF 600MM IS INSTALLED IN THE PARALLEL DIRECTION WITH THE MAIN KEEL, AND THE SPACING IS 600MM OR 1200MM.

4) When the keel is installed, a reinforcing keel is added around the position of the lamp and tuyere.

5) Concealed inspection: After the installation of hydropower, water testing and suppression, the keel should be concealed and inspected, and the next process can only be entered after passing the test.

6) Correction and leveling: After the installation of the side keel is completed, the level of the keel system is rechecked. Adjust the side keel first, adjust the corresponding secondary keel according to the elevation of the side keel, and if necessary, adjust the corresponding main keel.

7) Installation of mineral wool board: The mineral wool board is made of 600*1200 mineral wool board, and the operator must wear white gloves during installation to prevent pollution.
