3. For the light steel keel ceiling, it is necessary to ensure that the position of the keel, boom and connector is correct, the material is smooth, straight, and firmly connected, and can not be loosened, and the boom shall not exceed 30 cm from the end of the main keel, and the center of the ceiling keel should be arched from the short side.

4. For the wooden grid ceiling, it is necessary to ensure that the hanging point, boom, metal pipe, and wooden grid are made firmly and the connection is solid. The entire top surface is made flat and smooth, and the square size is accurate.

5. For the plastic gusset ceiling, it should be spliced neatly and straight, without color difference, deformation and stains. The panel, lamps, covers, etc. should be tight, without leakage, and the light lamps and ventilation fans should be tightly connected with the keel.

Acceptance method of suspended ceiling:

1. The visual level of angular installation is horizontal

First of all, we need to check whether the visual level of the angle installation is good, and the 90-degree angle is seamless and there is no obvious distortion. Then observe the overall flatness of the gusset and whether the gaps between the gusset are visually good.

2. The strength of the screw rod

The next thing to check is the strength of the screw. We can remove a few gussets, check whether the distance between the screws meets the installation standards, and then pull the screws a few times with the appropriate tension by hand to confirm whether there is looseness.

3. The number of electrical installations is firm

Then check the number of electrical installations firmly. We can try to push the electrical body with normal force with our hands to see if the electrical appliances will fall off the triangular keel.

4. Electrical function

The last thing that needs to be tested is whether the electrical function is working properly. We can turn on the switch to see if the appliance is working properly; whether the location of the ventilation and heating modules is reasonable; When the ventilation or air heating module is turned on, whether the sound is normal, and there should be no obvious noise.
