How to match the color of furniture paint

In general, do not use more than three color paints. On the basis of the primary color, adding black can get colors with different brightness (i.e., colors with different brightness) and mixing red, yellow, and blue colors can be mixed in a certain proportion to obtain different intermediate colors (i.e., colors with different hues).

There are two reasons for mixing colors:

1. One is the color that is blended according to the written or verbal requirements, which is more convenient and easy for oilmen. However, the choice of color is very important, and if the color is not suitable, the color matching effect will not be ideal. For example, any yellow and blue can be blended into medium green, but only when the purity of yellow and blue is good, the medium green can be more pure and vivid.

2. The other is to deploy according to the requirements of the model, which is high and technical, which is not easy for ordinary oilmen. Mainly rely on practical experience, and compare with the color swatch to identify which monochrome colors are composed of the color of the excellent board, what is the approximate proportion of each monochrome, and then use the same variety of paint for trial matching. After being approved by the design and construction unit, the same or similar painting method is used to paint the same color as the model.

For the color used by the customer of the furniture factory, whether it is adjusted by the company or adjusted by the customer himself, it must be confirmed more than once before use: and make a layered color palette for the color sample.

1. The color and bottom coat must be stirred evenly during use;

2. For reactive coatings such as PU, PE, and denatured PU (PE), the addition ratio must be accurate;

3. Solvents and colors must be used correctly;

Fourth, the coatings of different manufacturers can not be mixed, and the coatings of different series of the same manufacturer cannot be mixed;

5. In the coating process, different series of paints are overlapped and coated to meet the regulations;

7. Proficiency in four methods of color matching: scraping paper (or flowing paper) color matching, flow plate color matching, wiping board color matching, and spray board color matching;

6. Color samples, color plates, and flow charts should be properly managed;

8. Establish a registration system for the use of paints, supervise the raw materials used in the color mixing, and truly record the paint mixing ratio in the paint mixing room, and keep it for half a year. If there is any abnormality, communicate and coordinate in a timely manner, and make communication records.

9. The adjusted paint should be affixed with a clear paint label, indicating the applicable product, paint number, product name, color, solvent, net weight, confirmer, and date;

10. Calculate the standard dosage and total consumption of paint used for each product;
