1. First we need to find the bolts and nuts under the flush toilet, and then use your pliers to loosen the nuts.

2. Remove the nuts on both sides and remove the old seat directly. Then remember to find the two seat bolts for your new seat. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the instructions for the new seats, as they may be slightly different and there may be some that already bolt to the seat.

3. The next step is a simple operation, you just need to insert them into the hole of the toilet.

4. Tighten the nut onto the bolt from below, then tighten the bolt with a screwdriver and clamp the nut with pliers. Be careful not to overtighten the bolts, as this may cause the toilet to crack.

5. The seat I purchased has a quick-release hinge, so it can be thoroughly cleaned around the seat and hinges. All you need to do is snap the seat on top of the bolt and turn the hinged cover clockwise to lock it into place.

6. The last new toilet seat is installed, is it very simple.

If the toilet seat is just loose, use a screw stove to tighten the screws in the loose position. If there are chips or cracks in the toilet seat, you need to glue these chips or cracks to fix them. If the toilet seat is badly damaged, the toilet seat can only be replaced.

Minor damage: Generally, the toilet seat is aging, and there is a phenomenon of loosening and regretting, and the toilet seat is crooked and twisted, and the cover is not tight. This situation is relatively easy to solve, you only need to use a screwdriver (manual or electric) to tighten the loose part of the screw.

Moderate damage: This is mainly a crack or chipping in the toilet seat. For cracks, drop glue (502 glue or AB glue) on the cracks of the toilet seat, squeeze the cracks with a little force, and let the glue stick the ends of the cracks.

If it is a notch, glue the pieces to the notch of the toilet seat; If the notched fragments are missing, tape them to the notch and fill the gap.

> Severe damage: Generally refers to a large area of the toilet seat (more than 1 2) or a total breakage. In this case, the toilet seat can only be replaced.

How to replace: Buy a toilet seat of the same size.

Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw caps at each fixing point, remove the screw caps and nylon nuts after unscrewing, and remove the broken toilet seat.

Insert the nylon nut into the screw hole, adjust the position of the stand, and press down firmly.

Compare the approximate position of the new toilet seat, cover the screw decoration lid, insert the new toilet seat, and tighten the screw cap as it is.
