There are many modern panel furniture finishing materials, among which veneer furniture and sticker furniture are very commonly used, but the grades are completely different. Veneer furniture is rich in natural texture, beautiful and durable, but the price is relatively high, while sticker furniture is easy to wear, afraid of water, and unbearable to collide, but the price is low and belongs to the popular product. Some furniture varieties with little wear and tear and not close to water sources are currently dominated by stickers, such as shoe cabinets, bookcases, etc.

When customers visit a furniture store, they will see price boards with descriptions such as "walnut base cabinet", "cherry wood coffee table", "beech dining chair", etc. At this time, it is very important to figure out whether it is solid wood, veneer or sticker. Solid wood and veneer can be called "cherry wood furniture", but stickers can only be called "cherry wood grain furniture", otherwise it is a mixed move.

Solid wood – wood grain, wood rays (if any, usually "needles") are clearly visible, and there should be some natural imperfections (knots, spots, etc., black lines, etc.). For the same piece of solid wood, whether it is a plank or a strip, the natural connection between the longitudinal section and the cross-section should be clearly visible in the wood grain at the interface between the two intersections.

Veneer - wood grain, wood rays are clear. There should also be natural blemishes. Because the veneer has a certain thickness (left and right), when making furniture, when encountering two adjacent interfaces, they usually do not turn, but stick one piece each, so the wood grain at the two interfaces should not be connected.

Stickers - wood grain, wood rays are clearly visible, even imported high-grade paper, even wood flaws can be imitated, but it is still different from natural veneer, which looks more fake. Sticker furniture is prone to revealing flaws in the corners. In addition, the thickness of the wood grain paper is very small (, it will be directly wrapped at the junction of the two planes, resulting in the wood grain of the two interfaces being connected (usually longitudinal sections).
