    The construction area registered in the real estate certificate includes the construction area and the shared area of the suite. The floor area of the suite must include the balcony area, but the area of the balcony shall be in accordance with the Code for Calculation of the Floor Area of Construction Projects GBT 50353-2013.

Balconies are not included. The Terrace is the area to send. On the architectural drawing, this is not counted in the area.
